These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of elementalwraps.com (the "Site"), operated by Elemental Vehicle Wrap Company ("Elemental," "we," "us"). We're a vehicle wrap and paint protection studio located at 16331 W Papago St, Goodyear, AZ 85338 — visits by appointment only. You can reach us at (602) 488-2734 or Jason@ElementalWraps.com.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site. The Site is intended for users 18 or older (minors should involve a parent or guardian), and quote requests should come from adults. These Terms cover the website only — the wrap, film, and detailing work we perform on your vehicle or home is governed by the invoice or work order you receive at the time of service.
Everything on the Site — descriptions of our services, photos, videos, "starting at" pricing, package examples, and interactive tools like the PPF coverage visualizer — is there to give you a helpful, honest picture of what we do. It is illustrative, not a binding offer.
We work by appointment only. Requesting a quote through the Site does not create an appointment or a contract — it starts a conversation. We'll get back to you to talk through your project and confirm details.
All quotes and estimates are subject to inspection of the actual vehicle or windows. If we find something during inspection or during the work that changes the scope — hidden damage, previous wrap residue, non-standard glass — we'll discuss it with you before proceeding. A quote becomes binding only when it's confirmed in a written invoice or work order.

The services we perform — including wraps, colored and clear paint protection film, paint correction, ceramic coating, chrome delete, stripes and graphics, and residential window tint — are governed by the invoice or work order issued at the time of service, not by this website.
You may use the Site for its intended purpose: learning about our work and getting in touch. You agree not to:
We may suspend or block access to the Site, and decline to respond to quote requests, at our discretion — including for any violation of these Terms.
The Site and its content — text, photos, videos, graphics, the Elemental name and branding, and the design of the Site itself — belong to Elemental Vehicle Wrap Company or are used with permission. You may browse the Site and share links to it, but no license or ownership of any content is granted to you.
3M, GSWF, Madico, Avery Dennison, KPMF, and other brand names and logos that appear on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to describe the materials we work with; their appearance here does not imply sponsorship or endorsement, and no rights in those marks are granted.
The Site embeds a Google Maps map in our contact section and links out to third-party pages such as our Instagram and Facebook profiles and our Google Maps listing. We may also add third-party widgets in the future — for example, displays of our Google reviews or Instagram feed. These services are run by their own companies under their own terms and privacy policies.
We don't control third-party sites or services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Using them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site — express or implied — including that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or that its content is complete, current, or error-free. This section is about the website only; warranties for our actual service work are addressed in your service documents, as described above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elemental will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us to use the Site, whichever is greater.
To be clear: this limitation applies to the website. Any wrap, film, or detailing work we perform for you is governed by its own invoice or work order, including the warranties stated there. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elemental from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by a third party arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) content or information you submit — including photos you did not have the right to share. We may take over the defense of any such claim at our own expense, and you agree to cooperate with us if we do.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally — most issues can be sorted out with a conversation. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. Otherwise, any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example when we add features to the Site. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to highlight it — for example, with a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
