Elemental Vehicle Wrap Company ("Elemental," "we," "us") is a vehicle wrap and paint protection studio owned by Jason Prenovost, located at 16331 W Papago St, Goodyear, AZ 85338 (visits by appointment only). This policy explains what information we collect through elementalwraps.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to information you submit through it — including our follow-up with you by phone, text, or email — but not to our social media pages or other sites we link to.
The short version: we collect only what you send us when you ask for a quote, we use it to respond and do the work you hired us for, and we never sell your information.
The only place this site asks for personal information is the quote request form. When you submit it, we receive:

Our website itself does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or profiling of any kind. Like virtually every website, though, our hosting provider (currently GoDaddy) may collect standard server logs — things like your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and timestamps — for security and to keep the site running. These logs are handled by the hosting provider under its own policies.

The quote form includes a required checkbox: "I agree to be contacted by Elemental by phone, text and email about my request." By checking it, you consent to us reaching out by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your quote, your project, and related services. These are informational, customer-care messages only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies depending on your request.
You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message and we will stop texting you, or tell us by phone or email that you'd prefer not to be called or emailed. For help with anything, contact us directly using the details at the bottom of this policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers who assist us in communicating with you (such as our form-delivery or messaging provider), and only for that purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. Period. We share it only in these limited situations:
We set no cookies of our own, and we use no analytics or advertising trackers. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here. One third-party service is embedded in the site today, and two more may be added shortly after launch. When active, they load content from their own servers and can set their own cookies inside their frames:
None of these are used for advertising or cross-site tracking on our behalf, and we do not sell or share personal information. Because we do not track visitors across websites, our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control browser signals — there is no tracking to turn off. If you'd rather avoid third-party cookies entirely, you can block them in your browser settings or with a privacy extension — the core site will still work, though embedded content like the map may not display.
Photos you upload with a quote request are used to understand your vehicle or windows and prepare your quote. Photos may incidentally include things like your license plate, faces, your home's interior, or embedded metadata such as the location where the photo was taken. We use photos only to prepare your quote and perform the work — we do not extract or use location metadata — and photos are deleted as described in the retention section, or sooner on request.
We will not use your photos — or photos of your finished vehicle — in our portfolio, on social media, or in marketing without your permission.
We keep quote requests only as long as we need them. As a rule of thumb: quote requests that don't turn into a job are deleted within about 12 months, and uploaded photos that aren't needed for an active quote or job are deleted along with the request. If you become a customer, we keep your project records (quotes, invoices, warranty details) for the warranty term plus the period required for tax and business records — typically up to 7 years. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including serving the site over an encrypted connection and limiting access to quote requests to the people who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we deliberately keep what we collect to a minimum.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through our form, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may need to verify that a request comes from you — an email from the address on your quote request is enough. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor requests to access or delete personal information from anyone, regardless of state.
Our site links out to services like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps directions. Nothing loads from those linked sites until you click. The embedded content described in "Cookies and third-party services" above — like the Google map in our contact section — is different: it loads automatically as part of the page. Either way, those services have their own privacy policies, and once you leave elementalwraps.com, this policy no longer applies.
If our practices change — for example, if we add a new widget or tool to the site — we'll update this policy and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
